What does AR mean? The owner of the company is Anna Rickabaugh.

Is this massage the right one for me? At AR Corrective Massage our clients are seeking relief for an acute or chronic problem. Many clients come in with previous shoulder injuries or surgeries, sciatic pain, leg pain, and referral pain. After receiving a series of 5-10 regular massages they see significant improvement in their pain levels and mobility.

This is my first appointment at AR Corrective Massage, what do I need to know? Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment to fill out a brief medical history. Our therapist will then take you into the massage office where they will ask you questions based on your history and therapy goals.

What is the cancellation policy? Please call or text 24 hours before your appointment to cancel or reschedule. This allows enough time to fill that appointment from the cancellation list. As this time is set aside specifically for one client, no shows will be charged 100% of the appointment time.

What if I am sick before my appointment? Please call and cancel prior to your appointment time, you will not be charged a cancellation fee. We understand that illness with yourself or immediate family members cannot be predicted. Please respect our time as well as yours by letting us know that you will not be able to make your appointment. No Shows WILL be charged 100% of the missed appointment.

Can I come in on a regular basis? Standing appointments, once a week, every other week, and monthly are available Monday-Wednesday. These are available in 30, 60, & 90 minute appointment times.

Are gift certificates available? No. We do not offer gift certificates. Similar to doctors, chiropractors, and orthopedic surgeons we are working with people who want to take charge of their health. We have found most people who receive gift certificates are looking for a relaxing spa experience. We would be happy to recommend therapists in our area who focus on this type of massage. 

AR Corrective Massage is a smoke-free facility. Please respect our therapists and other clients by refraining from smoking prior to your appointment. This also applies to heavy use of perfumes, essential oils, and soaps.
